Holidays in america wich restaurants and places?

hello my fellow americans i want you guys something to ask

ok.. 2012 i make holidays in america for maybe 3 weeks

so now wich restaurant is the right choice foor good american food and culture cause i am very intrestet i was in asia they have alot of good food now and wich places i should go

my first week i will be new york then LA and thensan fransisco

andthen back to NY
