I find that keeping oneself bathed in humility all the time is very difficult. It is specially difficult when you are dealing with those who have chosen a path or lesser purity. You'll recognize in them patterns that you don't like in yourself, and that will make you angry.

You must be true, honest and humble with yourself and others.

I find this to be the "golden key" (eg. like the "golden rule") to everlasting happiness, success and enlightenment on a spiritual basis.

Whenever you act or talk in arrogance, scorn, judgment and self-importance (egoism), you are attracting negative energy to yourself.
