CNBC Weather Guy Says Galveston Landfall Would Be "Incomprehensible"

The only blessing to these storms is that they have probably prevented the goverment from widening the war---no money left to go after Syria,Iran.....to much outcry to fix up the homeland first.

How can you tell the difference between a ´modified´ hurricane and a real natural monster (for example, what´s the difference between the 1900 Galveston hurricane that killed thousands of people and Rita?
