Anonymous Coward User ID: 965043 United States 08/13/2011 09:53 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | For what it's worth I live in central Texas near Bryan-College Station. Yesterday and the day before there were big white cumulous clouds and at times they would line up in rows roughly magnetic north and south with clear aisles between the lines of clouds. I've seen this previously a few times going back to 79/80 and it was always associated with heavy solar activity. I went to the solar indices and couldn't tell that anything was going on. The clouds lining up like that in the old days only occurred at far northern or southern locations where the magnetic lines are closer to the earth. |

Moving at close to the speed of light, these nuclear fragments smash into air molecules hard enough to knock electrons loose. This well-documented process creates negatively and positively charged ions. Like the cloud trails seen in the Wilson cloud chamber, cosmic ray ionization trails in our atmosphere can act as cloud seeds. Some studies suggest that ions play a central role in creating aerosols. Aerosols are minute but important atmospheric particles that can serve as the cores of growing cloud droplets. Global Infrared Satellite images show clouds by their temperature. Red and blue areas indicate cold (high) cloud tops. Infrared (IR) radiation is electromagnetic radiation whose wavelength is longer than that of visible light, but shorter than that of terahertz radiation and microwaves. Weather satellites equipped with scanning radiometers produce thermal or infrared images. Here is one of the latest IR satellite images from today. There is continuing, severe interference with these satellite images. Notice the striations within the areas that have been disrupted. Do you see anything looking like magnetic field lines? I do. [link to www.intellicast.com] Here is the most recent graph of the HAARP Fluxgate Magnetometer out of Gakona, AK. This magnetogram shows the activity over the past two weeks. Looking at the graph from August 5th through 6th one can see the deviation from normal limits as three CMEs arrived disturbing earth's geomagnetic field. Following the event of August 5th we see the geomagnetic field return to normal limits. There is a sharp deviation on the 8th, things again return to normal and then as you can see on the 12th we have this massive deviation away from normal, and it continues. I reiterate: [link to iswa.ccmc.gsfc.nasa.gov:8080] Download this web app and go to module #10. Go to Earth Connectivity. Go to the date/time option (dropdown menu) in the lower left corner and choose todays date, 80 frames prior to date, and number of frames whatever. Then go to the video icon in the left corner and watch the earth-sun field lines flip around from sunspot to coronal hole to sunspot. I suspect that if our magnetosphere is getting whammied by a CME or other plasma event (fluffy) and is contracted, some of those field lines may interfere with satellites. |
