There would be nothing to stop a mega-corporation from destroying my river and poisoning my family. My only recourse would be to sue them and that would an exercise in futility because of rightwing "tort reform". I'd probably even have to pay the court costs.

Ron Paul does not take corporate contributions, or lobbyist payoffs for votes.

Ron Paul did not sign to take part in the Congressional pension plan, or the congressional benefits plan. He does not accept corporate trips and goodies.

He wants to keep Social security as is for those above a certain age. But, for the younger generations, he wants them to be able to OPT OUT, and create their own retirement plans.
Totally reasonable, and what Americans have been demanding.No more forced payments to the government that is stealing from us.

Listen I am gonna explain something to you. There's no system in this world that's gonna make things perfect, that will make suffering and strife go away. The world will never be an utopian paradise. There will be violence, and murder and sickness and hunger, be that by the hand of man or by nature herself.

Systems come and go, but the most important and crucial thing is that they are adequate to the populace idiosyncrasy. The constitution is compatible with the American spirit, and it's one of the best sets of laws that ever were created. Marxism on the other hand hasn't worked once in all it's history.

No country thrives when hi jacked by the usurious and corrupt money changer's system of finances. Ron Paul, is fighting to get rid of the parasite bankers, end the financially draining wars and bring back personal responsibility to the people of America.

I think that for not being perfection, it's as damn close you can get to it.
