nobody reported a sulfur smell.
fuel, kerosene, petrochemical, but not sulfur.

thought I was back in chem. (chemistry) "Sulpher smell was also reported when they had the massive fish die-off at Redondo Beach, Ca. on March 8 2011. Redondo Beach is in L.A. subs. If you google 'kings Harbor Redondo Beach, Ca. and pull map out, you can see a fissure on the ocean floor right off where the die-off was. Catalina islands are volcanic. I believe these and many others are waking up and producing sulfer smells which many would describe in other terms such as chemical smell, etc. [ link to modernsurvivalblog.com] It is amazing to me that they have built so much in such a dangerous area... ( I am up more at 1300 ft santa clarita 40 miles NE of LA ) I am just now finding out about the just how much volcanic activity and tar areas there are here * ( i should have known with the La Brea tar pits I went to in LA as a child. )
