Putin's Political Youth Camps

Ran into these camps while researching a big Russian nickel miner a few years ago. All the kids of the employees get a couple free weeks at the camps as part of their parent's work benefit packages. Binds them to the companys and brings on future employees. Sounds like a win win situation to me.

Most people don't know this, but Putin's college training was as a GEOLOGIST
