These pervs in white coats don't want boys or girls talking about the teachers, doctors and clergymen that are molesting them in private! If they are minors, talking about it to somebody is the only legal option open to them. The pervs and control freaks want them to shut up.

Their assertions are obviously wrong anyway: what you cannot articulate, you cannot even begin to deal with intelligently. When anybody 'in authority' tries to discourage you from talking about your experiences and your problem, that should set off some alarms for that person is not your friend, likely a predator instead.

And furthermore, if you all are interested in who does most of the talking, it depends upon where. When teenagers talk in public, in every case, it is always the boys that do the interrupting and talking over other people most often.
