OP, I am sure you incinerate the expired bags yourself? That is ASSUMING of course that you even keep them long enough in your own stock TO expire.......

But out curiosity, I would like to know what department, or what agency ordered these?
A mailing addy would be nice, or at least clue me in on the STATE they will be shipped to?
