The cover depicts two members of "The Coup" with a backdrop of the World Trade Center Towers exploding with plumes of fire and smoke emanating from the upper floors. One of the duo is seen waving two sticks held between thumbs and forefingers as if "conducting" the events unfolding behind her, while the other is pressing a red button on what looks to be a detonator (supposedly it is actually a "guitar tuner"). Big letters on the bridge says "caution 911". I know it's a reference to height, but still obvious all the same.
