Russian Nuclear Bombers over NATO airspace
This is really strange and nobody is talking about it: the Russians are getting their Tu-95 Bear strategic nuclear bombers deep into European airspace without permission. This video was released by Netherlands Ministry of Defence and shows how two Dutch F-16 intercepted one a few days ago.

Russian bombers are intercepted and escorted out of our airspace every now and then if I'm not mistaken.

Let's all just hope that NORAD has its Presidential over-ride plans in place. You know this President won't return fire if we are attacked. There has to be a patriot in our military officer corps.

Ours too. That's why I get pissed when people make fun of Palin for the Russia deal. She was the one in charge of escorting Russian bombers out of our airspace in Alaska. But morons would rather believe the Tina Fey version than use a brain. Or a map.

They just use those aircraft for ELINT flights now...TU-95's are too old to be useful as bombers.
