Sorry, I could go much more into detail on this thread about the earth changes, socio-economic changes....changes in consciousness, but this thread is kind of rushed this morning, since i admit I am not feeling so well. Apparently, my son has a head cold, and I seem to have caught it myself :(

Completely off-topic....but if any of you catch yourselves getting sick, please avoid flu shots. They are TERRIBLE for you. Walgreen and other stores are pushing flu shots like drug peddlers push drugs....AVOID THEM.

I stick to chopping up a clove of garlic, putting it in a tablespoon of olive oil (to make it go down easier), and swallowing. ALWAYS works for me.

Also, I gargle with salt water.

AND, I take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the morning. Always helps
