Is this Justice?

My thoughts are he probably bad representation and at that age needed guidance by his attorney. But now, he's screwed for life.

So stealing a little is ok, it's stealing a lot that's bad?

I say give him the electric chair.

He refused to plead guilty, and he robbed a person...he didn't lift a piece of candy from Wal Mart.

The next man he throws to the ground and punches in the face just might have a gun...I pray that he has a gun, and removes this scumbag from the Earth...

I wonder though, what if he was confused and scared, and listened to his bad "free" of charge public defender who recommended him to plead that way.

Not only that, he's still pretty young, we're all human and make mistakes. This is over 7 cents and his refusal too accept responsibility for it, now our prison system grows and collects more and more tax dollars.

Being completely honest here, I think most have stolen at least 7 cents in their life. Myself included lol.

It's the fact of their age and perhaps bad representation. I mean at 15/16 many are clueless, that's my take.

No, this is over attacking another human being and punching him in the face...if he stole a piece of candy from a store it would be different...that's a forgivable fuck up...but to attack a person is not forgivable...I think he should fry.
