Can psychopathy be classified as a genetic trait, while sociopathy is classified as an environmental factor to this disorder.
If psychopathy can be classified as a genetic trait then is it possible that through the interbreeding of certain groups of people, the psychopathic trait can be handed down?

That was pure awesomeness. True, the filmmaker positioned the pictures to coincide with what was being said, but turns out I agreed with most of his assessments.

Individuals and society must weed out these dangerous bastards out, before they do their inevitable evil.

No, not everyone.

Basically it's saying a psychopath is someone who can screw another over physically, financially, or emotionally and not feel any guilt, remorse or shame for what they did. In other words, they have no conscious. They also will not accept they are at fault for anything because they think they are always right and better than everyone else.

A point, it seems to me easier to confront a psychopath publicaly and expose him or her publicaly than move, take self defense and firearms training.

Psychopaths have no friends so that is an advantage, basically know what they want and take it away, or be exposed, an elegant trap
