Could Fukushima Radiation Affect Climate Change/Global Cooling?

I had this all written out and went to post and of course the server crashed and so I lost it all... and as always the first attempt is always the better... (I tend to lose steam and motivation after something like that).. but anyway this is a theory that I think deserves some airtime- especially since I haven't heard it discussed as of yet.

It has been proven that ions can act as condensation nuclei and thereby create clouds and rain.

By 1912 Wilson had shown that radiation caused the production of ions in the supersaturated atmosphere. The ions acted as condensation nuclei, and cloud tracks formed along the path of ionising particles.

a strong correlation between cloud factor over mid-latitude oceans and cosmic ray flux was found by these authors for the period 1984-1991. They suggested that cosmic rays promote the formation of terrestrial clouds through ionization of particles in the troposphere.

The Metro System scientists used ionisers to produce negatively charged particles called electrons.

They have been using giant ionisers, shaped like stripped down lampshades on steel poles, to generate fields of negatively charged particles.

These promote cloud formation and researchers hoped they could then produce rain.

Helmut Fluhrer said: 'We have achieved a number of rainfalls.'

It is believed to be the first time the system has produced rain from clear skies, according to the Sunday Times.

Ok, so Fukushima is releasing ionizing radiation- and LOTS of it. The theory is that this would cause more clouds and more rain, reducing the atmospheric humidity, thereby affecting global cooling.
