You aren't taking advantage of the system. I think you should file for support but I'm sure you have your reasons. I'm sure you don't appreciate paying taxes so that other women in your same position can choose to stay at home and recieve for free all the things you work hard for. The point is a lot of women are being rewarded while the men are being punished.

i was on unemployment for like 2 years... and all was well while the unemployment benefits paid the child support.

the instant the unemployment benefits stopped, the threat of jail became an immediate reality. i was told at my last child support hearing that if i didnt pay, i was going to jail, period. i explained to the rich, white motherfucker sitting across from me that i have been looking for a job for over 2 years now without success..... and she said if you dont pay, you are going to jail, period...


so fuck them... i refuse to attend their fuckign hearings, and if they want me, they can come and find me.

Get a vasectomy if you are too stupid to practice birth control.

It is extremely hard to get around naming a father on the birth certificate. Even if on the birth certificate it says "no father" there is paperwork that goes with the birth certificate (just is not written on there) that names who the father actually was. The father of the child is also presumed to be the husband if no other person is named. If the husband knows he is not the father and files for divorce in order for the divorce to be granted SOMEONE has to be named as the father. So having a birth certificate where there is no father is extremely rare, for obvious reasons (no judge wants the state to have to pay for a child. So, even if you are not named on the birth certificate any time that woman wants to get a passport for the child, apply for foodstamps, yada yada yada, somewhere there is a paternity paperwork just waiting to be filed.

And yes, the numbskull generally has to pay. I have seen grown men spend 3 times the money and effort it would take to NOT pay their $200.00 a month child support.

What about the kids? The toll of men not paying their child support sits squarely on the children. Much more often women simply give up and raise children in poverty. I am not here to convince you of something you will not believe -- but it is the children who suffer when the jerks don't pay. Worse than this is the fathers who will not work. I see that all the time and it leaves the women going to work, dad at home drinking beer and children running around unattended, subject to ...that's another story for another day.

I do not know what Bible says, but Vedic law clearly says that a child born (even out of wedlock) is Father's responsibility and is a part of Father's household.

The State can give custody to the mother if she can support but father can't. But a father cannot be punished for State's decision. However a father should try his best to find the means to support.

If both parents cannot support, the State has the responsibility to care for the child.

Aborting a child is against divine law.

Your going about it exactly wrong. You need to request shared parenting or kiss her ass and move back in with her. Apply at the court for a desk job. Offer to babysit the kids while she works. Bring the kids dinner cuz your not starving... somebody is feeding you. What if she died tomorrow.... who would support your children then???

The point is that you made children but expect others to support them. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. THEY ARE YOURS TO SUPPORT. Is the mother working or on welfare? If she's on welfare for more than a year the kids should be given to a family that can provide for them and you both should be releived of your duties. PROBLEM SOLVED

i cant request anything... she is in control of all... no one ever asked me if i wanted them to live with me, they automatically went with her... babysit while she works LMAO! she has never worked a day in her life. she receives untold amounts of support from the government... everything from housing to food to child care assistance, you name it, she gets it.. she's sitting pretty, while i'm treated like a criminal.

if she died tomorrow i would take them in a heartbeat. i'd love to have them right now... but that would never happen. those kids are her primary means of survival. all the benefits she gets, is because she popped out babies and had a plan for it all... im not the only child support case she has... she has kids with other motherfuckers as well...

What state are you in? In California a woman should not dare make up a fake abuse allegation or disclose areal abuse. If the dad has more money and resources the children automatically go to him. There's this bogus "Parental Alienation Syndrome" used in the courts by dads. Look up Dr Gardener...he coined the phrase and he's an advocate for pedophiles...no joke...this shit goes on all the time. Especially when there is a sexual abuse allegation. Kids go straight to dad without even so much as an investigation into the abuse. These poor kids end up with pedophiles...It's for real...ask my kids :((

i dont expect others to do shit, i would take them in a heartbeat. i keep a roof over my head, food in my stomach, and thats about it. i leech internet from a neighbor... we're good... we might eat ramen noodles 4 times a week but we fucking survive. as far as excess money, there is none. we struggle big time but we're not homeless and we always manage to get by.

Child support is not about the kids, it is about the woman. I had three of my kids living with me and was still ordered to pay their mother child support.

I live in an area where there are large amounts of Mexican men who are here looking for work, doing anything they can to send back money to their children, doing work that you never would do. Why are you living in a place with no jobs? Move the fuck out and somewhere else so that you can help support your children. So, they will not see you as much, but at least they will grow up to respect that you have some type of work ethic rather than wah wah wah. Everyone in this world leaves their homes, families and countries to try and keep their children from starving, no matter what the circumstances - wars, famine, and look at you - you won't move your ass anywhere.

I said very clearly - a child is part of Father's household, except in very rare circumstances. Poverty is not a reason to pluck a child from the Father.

Moral values are very important, otherwise you get a society of degenerates and downfall of nation.

The child support is collected and repaid to the "state" if a woman is on welfare. That way the state gets reimbursed.
