However, I lived in an area, where homes are not selling (market's terrible there). Everything has worked out, and I am really glad I followed through with my decision. I go online and find coupons/coupon codes/specials/flyers for discounts and sales for everything. I buy clothes that are on clearance and out of season. Huge savings there, when you have growing kids. I get specials on the phone with the satellite company (where I live satellite is cheaper than cable). When the bundle pkg is ready to expire, I call and tell them I'm going to have to cancel the account, because I simply cannot afford to keep this going. They will do anything to keep you as a customer, they give me a new special/pkg every single time I've called. I get HBO and Showtime free. |

Owed $340k...bank sold at Courthouse for $104, they sold it 4 weeks later for $149. So I was $191k upside down. Mind you, this was a 4 bedroom, 2400 sqft house, with a 50k pool on a creek with 100 year old oak trees on the other side of the creek. nice house but Stockton SUCKS..I'm so happy to be out of there, no matter how much money I lost. In a letter that I would include every time, with every payment, I would specify that the xx.xx$ overage was to be applied to principle only. Amazing little trick to get the whole dealio to go away sooner. Plus, when you put it in writing, the mortgage holder has to apply it as directed. If you don't specify, they will apply it to future interest..(bastards). Prayer.....the world's first wireless connection. |

It's nothing that could be improved with any kind of lifestyle change or natural methods? I'm sure not - it must be serious. That makes me count my blessings, I have never had medical insurance and have been to the doctor like twice in 30 years, once for a checkup I didn't need, once cause I got bit by a cat. Haven't been to a doctor in 20 years. Blessings for your family's good health in the future. I hope it gets better. |
