You're right. We live in a dimension with duality present, so you are absolutely correct.

Darkness is the absence of light, and is a low, dense vibration. The same goes for fear.

These are low energies when considered from a universal perspective, which includes all energies.

There will always be polarity in duality.

And I also agree that optimally, and ultimately, there lies a perfect balance between the two.

A perfect balance between light and dark. What Buddha called 'the middle path.'

Since we live in a dualistic world where everything is polarized, ask yourself, what do you think the primary polarity on earth is right now?

Dark or Light? Fear or Love?

Since everyone will probably not achieve perfect balance right away, it will take some progress and growth to rise from a vibrational standpoint of mostly fear/darkness/lower energies.

By feeling love and reverence for all, you are attracting and creating more of that for all of Earth and its inhabitants, and truly all of life itself.

By choosing to focus your attention on anything fear-based, it is actually empowering it with your energy.

Since we always have a choice, why can't we choose to love in every moment?

I am not suggesting to run or hide from fear and darkness, because it most certainly exists. We must be aware of it to truly face it, as well as for clarity and contrast. But we don't have to continuously feed it our energy and give it more power.

That is my main point. I thank you for raising this issue, because it was/is a crucial understanding for my personal and spiritual development.

I do believe that in higher dimensions, like the Fifth, where duality is not present, fear and lower energies do not resonate or exist there.
