DREAM: Government chasing me, swimming in poo & then breathing under water :S

So i had a dream last night it's a dream that usually comes back, it's always the same place but it's always a new situation.

I've been thinking a lot about these dreams because they are the dreams which i can remember the best.

They started to come to me approximately 3 years ago, or 2 years ago. When we moved. The place in the dream is the old place which i used to live in, it was an island, i hated to live there. And it's always taken place in between the "mainland" and the island.

Reckoned i could get some help with the interpretation :)

Okay here we go:

It's midnight and i'm standing on a bridge with my younger sister & 2 friends, one of them has a baby, (in the dream he was a couple of months, but in reality he is 2 years old).
My sister and the other friend is holding the baby and me and the mother is sitting in a Black Hawk Helicopter like aircraft but it's parked on the narrow railway bridge, there's a higher bridge parallell to it.

They are sitting on the bridge rail holding the baby in the lap. But suddenly they drop him accidentally so he falls with head down, i reacted at once while the mother didn't see it,she only reacted when i said "What are you doing!!!"

It all went in slow motion because i jumped to the feet and the mother too, the second he hit his head to the dark cold playful water, it was like the water changed, it looked like a lightning hit underwater and he became a red-pink squid with tentacles and disappeared in the water to the right direction with really high speed.
Both of us immediately climbed over the rail and took off our shoes, she jumped to the water and i was thinking, "i've always wanted to jump from this bridge", when i looked down i hesitated and thought that "what if i hit the cement instead and die", "there's no use of me jumping in too when the mother has already jumped in". so i turned back and collected our shoes.

The next minute (like a "new" scene) we're all talking and smiling, sitting in the pitch black scorpio like helicopter on the bridge. like nothing had happened.

It's bright outside, but in a split second the entire area is filled, as far as the eyes can reach with CIA, National Security, all the top bureaus and agencies you can imagine, and i don't even live in the U.S. haha! it was dead serious

we were like wth? what's going on?
There's a red speed boat, looked like latest tehcnology which the Feds had, with the name NEWTON written in white across the boat, speeding under the bridge. there's a lot of ppl wearing black down in the waterthey are standing on square floating cement aprons and examining the water and looking down, the water was darkblue, not transparent at all, but there came a green light from under them which made it look crystal clear.
black clad men were dangling in their lines from the aircrafts and came towards our our direction.

Then a new scene, we are all apart now. I am sitting on a wooden pier very close to the mainland but still close to the bridges.

my eyes caught a black sniper huddled, lying on is belly ready to shoot.
I put my foot in the water to get ready to flee, but the water was full of entangled seweed, chickweed and algae, blue, green and green-brown, it's like it has taken over the ocean water. I was thinking i don't have much of a choice so i dived in it. I could hear the bullets whining past me and feeling and seeing them hit through the dark blue water, that's where i saw the seaweed looking like wild ropes slithering and playing in the water, i shut my eyes and kept on swimming and thinking okay you can do it as long as you don't resurface, but i was panicking after air! But i kept saying no you can do it, cuz i felt the bullets pass over me still, i was swimming quite close to the surface and the water's consistency changed it felt like swimming in thick warm oat meal-porridge, it was very hard to take strokes. but i kept pushing forward, the water turned now to a brown- mustard colour and it looked like poo, and i still had my breath left and was thinking OK do not give in now, i kept fighting my way and it became easier and easier and i was so surprised to see how easy it was and i felt that i wasn't in urge for air any longer.
When i had realized that i didn't need any air any longer I started to see the water as water again but this time it was super clear in a very very transparent light green-turquoise-bluish colour,sun rays going through the water and looking like pillars in the water, it was a very pleasant feeling i felt so light and clean as if i was one with the water, felt like i was flying. And the sound was not so eerie as it usually is underwater The sand was white and lay like dust on the bottom, i started to descend. I started to see grey stone roman/ greek pillars and historical monuments and buildings overhead so i swam down and entered a colosseum like place, it turned to this brown yerra cotta coour on the stone and it felt more alive, there were stairs and ppl behind these pillars, and standing in corners looking at me.
I went into this roman/greek labyrinth of buidlings, it looked very ancient and now it felt as if the water had turned into air, it became like a new world drying up and the sun was shining like it does in the late afternoon sun, very pleasant like it was about to set, cuz it had a very warm colour.

A young blonde girl comes up to me very happy and smiling and cheerful, as if we knew each other and i was happy to have been recieved by someone i felt i had connection with (although i'd never seen her before), a guy sits on a wall close to us and looking at our direction, he comes after us and it turns out to be her brother.

He wants to give us a guide, he takes my hand and then it's only me & him (i'm not married in rel life). I said in the dream that he looked like Shia Le Bouef haha!!! I remember myself laughing at the thought too in the dream like "what the heck Shia le Bouef"?? ( what is he doing here??!! and i am not even attracted to that guy!!
Only this guys hair was almost shoulder length and a bit wavy with a cap on his head.

And we went on happy and all and that's where i don't remember anything after that part.

Any thoughts? comments? Know what anything of some parts of this dream means? I would appreciate it very much if you could give me some hints :)


Bare this in mind:

There's always the water, the same place, the bridges and usually i can breathe under water or something out of the ordinary, (walk on water, or running up the hill to evade a 30 meter high tsunami,walking in the ocean during night time when it's shallow and the water is glowing (bioluminicence) and it's wintertime but the water is really hot like in hot springs and there's steam evaporating up, so it's like a light mist with stars and a moon light coming through very close above the water. Or ice skating there, walking on a pier that doesn't exist in real life.

Rememeber: this island was my home for 16 years, i loved the nature and water surrounding the area, but i loeathed the ppl, the narrowminded snobbish ppl living there, to me it was like living in a prison on that island. So i have no idea why i still dream of that place. And it's always on the spot where the island is about to connect with the mainland, so there's like the water that seperates us from the mainland, the inner city.

The government thing was freakin scary, like all the world was in searh after us and we didn' know what we had done :S
