ohhhhh that. Well in that case, yes i can debunk. Go watch any GoPro video on youtube where the sun is captured in the video. I think it has to do with the lens. But I have several videos of myself at a trackday where you can see the same effect.

I have seen something like this before. It has to do with the camera. Someone had a video with this dot in the middle. He had frames when.it was in front of the sun and in others there was no picked dot in front of it exactly like this one in the video.

the black dots are from the ccd chips in the camera. it is from oversaturatingccd chips. the manufacure has this in manuals for the ccd's. this is why all the videos of the sun have them unless you iris down the lens.
think about soho images they mask out the center of the sun.
