I will ask for a price as I have had these for 15 years now and they cost me £15.00 each or £375.00 for the set. She sells these in Norway at a craft fair , so I will ask her for a price , but I imagine there must be someone in your neck of the woods who could make them to your design and possibly cheaper , because of the exchange rate being what it is.

I have a set made our of silver pewter, but have been told by psychic readers, that metal ones do not give the best readings. These people have told me that wooden ones are better because they pick up the casters psychic energy more. It's like using a set of tarot cards all of your life. They pick up the readers psychic energy over decades and decades and thus know you. These kinds of cards and wooden runes are supposed to give you better readings. But I don't care. I still like my pewter ones. They feel so heavy and solid. It is a nice feeling for me. So each to his own.

Home made ruins...

The first set I had were clay , and I also made a wooden set out of Oak , burning the markings with a soldering iron. Neither of these sets felt right to me so I gave them away , after cleansing them.

The reason I went for silver is that I have always felt tied to the moon and silver is the colour associated with the moon , as you so rightly say each to their own , and as far as I am concerned every bodies Magik is unique to them and them alone.

A friend of mine , his mother was a healer and she had a set of Runes carved out of Amethyst , what a wonder they were , she got them in Yugoslavia , as it used to be.

Because I did not ask the question " tell me how many years or decades away Elenin is".

I bought a rune kit the other day and actually did them... the first time i did them my future was predicted with the rune 'hagalaz' meaning:

''Key Concepts: hailstones, crisis and catastrophe, disruption, radical change, destructive elements of nature, severe weather, the uncontrollable, unavoidable unpleasantness, Jungian shadow, psychoanalysis, regression, acceptance of the unalterable''

Then i cast the runes again and the same rune showed up....

So yeah that freaked me out considering the events that are most likely going to happen in the near future. Beware the force of nature!!

Hi there , the chance of drawing the same Rune twice in succession when asking the same question is very low , your appraisal of the meaning is correct however you could add the following; unrelenting destructive force , hail ( the weapon`s of the frost giants ), elemental chaos and Hagalaz can be compared with the suffering of Job , in that bible book thing.
