gold no matter how much it's worth in currency...will always be worth something...whether it's 50 currency notes or 50,000 currency notes.....but currency systems come and go.....to hold only paper money is risky....never put all your eggs into one basket.....

If you think about it...either way we are screwed...if you hold only cash you risk it all....if you put in metals you risk manipulation, taxes and or confiscation....that is the problem with being the 99%.

I think that defaulting on bank loans will not be very ranpamt even though the credit ratings have dropped. The American government will surely try to protect her own credit loans from defaulting than to risk escalating the increasing rate of financial instability not only in the region but around the world as well. This is a time in which an agreement should be made within the two factions of the government just to decide the future of America's economy. Disagreements and the hampering of any economic progress just because the plan was not suggested by your party makes no sense. Action needs to be taken now, especially in the face of the Greek Euro Crisis in which the whole world's stock markets can be pulled down together with it.
