Why are US troops EVERYWHERE??!!

Causes nothing but hatred.

I just recently saw something about how pissed people in Japan are that we havn't found a place to move one of our bases from there.(Okanowa or whatever that place is called)
Was suposedly supose to have been figured out and moved but due to the tsunami never quite got done.
