Your Newborn Baby Picture and Blood Samples..??

I had 3 children: 14, 16, and 21 years ago.
(way before my conspiracy mind was in full swing).



While in the hospital those people offered to take my kids picture for me to purchase. I said no thanks, I'll take my own. They were very pushy, but I still said no.
(seemed weird and perverted to me at the time and I couldn' figure out why)

All these years later I wonder if they still do that in the hospitals..??

The conspiracy now is where are the baby's blood samples stored? and for what?So my thought is... are those baby pics taken at the hospital sent along with the blood samples to use for retina scans???
