Energy Saving Bulbs are Safer?? Somewhat GRAPHIC

These bulbs burn out way too quickly for me. I had some in my bathroom which usually sees 7-10(maybe more) on/off cycles per day and they only lasted 1 year. I went back to incandescents.

I've never really heard anyone claim they're safer, which anyone with a brain already knows considering they contain mercury and phosphorus. It's a lightbulb, not an anal suppository. Just more energy efficient.
