From most of the posts on the enenews website, the consensus seems to be that Japan is ruined! In terms of maintaining a safe and healthy place to live. There are some people that have rather extensive backgrounds concerning nuclear physics, so that forum is interesting to read. The question I have at this point would be to ask if the entire Northern Hemisphere ruined as well?

It's getting into the food chain, the atmosphere & the sea. It's only a matter of time before it's global & the effects start to present as sickness.

Looking at the last Potrblog video, he is concerned that the fallout which is primarily Radon and Radon progeny also contains some longer lived isotopes. He has said that he thinks that by measuring the same sample and testing the decay rates, he feels that we are getting Neptunium 239 which rapidly decays into Plutonium 239. Thats not good if this is the case, because of the extremely long life life of Plutonium and the fact that its thousands of times more deadly than Uranium which is also an Alpha emitter, but much weaker.

Thanks for the info. I knew it was bad and we were being lied to, maybe now we will get some additional info on how badly we have poisoned ourselves and future generations.

Japan has dealt with radiation in the past especially in Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Now they are getting their revenge on the whole world.

Well I have no doubt there is enough radiological poison in those plants to kill every living thing on the planet, if delivered directly. The only relevant question then becomes what well be the total extent of the dispersion of all this toxic stew?

I think there was an enormous amount of radiation released from Fukushima, way more than we've been told. The video of that guy in south Australia with high radiation readings coming from the the rain is a major clue. Everyone figured Australia being in the southern hemisphere was going to be one of the few safe havens in the world, but it seems not to be.

The entire planet is covered in radiation, and they still haven't entombed Fukushima in concrete or whatever they decide to use.

It already is global. Just not at an alarming rate. I for one think we are screwed though. Give it time.
