So, as in, which country...it's America.

Lots of Attas are located in America, lots of energy is poured in America.

So as a physical place, it's America.

However, we could actually start with a forum or a chat website or whatever you call'em. I suck with electronics. So if someone has the ability to do something like that it would be a very good start. Or even an idea of where to do it, or start it. Please share!
