Is WalMart a Trojan Horse for Bird Flu?

Shopping carts have the most germs on the handles. I am trying to keep antiseptic wipes in my car to use when opening doors (when foot is not possible) and on shopping carts. Also, I wash off all my vegetables that everyone else has touched in a sink filled with one cap full of Clorox and then rinse completely (thank the author of "What Would Jesus Eat" for that one, which I believe is Dr. Don Colbert). I try not to eat out anymore, just look at some of those unhealthy looking people that work in some fast food places. Dirty hair, fingernails, clothes and etc. I remember checking out in a grocery store several months ago where the cashier was picking his teeth with his fingers, then handling money, then bagging my stuff with his germs. I wash my hands many times during the day especially after visiting any retail establishment. Also, please be aware that people use the restroom quite often in fitting rooms in major department stores, it usually gets cleaned up the best way it can be, but then again how can you clean up carpet? I will never go into a fitting room again!! Just a healthy person trying to stay healthy!

I believe that sort of behaviour is classed as "obsessive compulsive" and will get worse until you begin wearing gloves and a mask whenever you leave your cryogenically sealed home.

Washing your hands after using a shopping trolley or handling money is smart but you seem to be going overboard. Why should the carpet in a fitting room bother you? Were you laying on the floor or something? You need exposure to germs in order to build resistance, prolonged over sanitising can result in a weakened immune system.

YOu can carry colloidal silver with you and spray things.

You must understand also that Walmart(and others) have hundreds of men and woman commuting between the US and China, Indonesia, Hong Kong, etc. If the "flu" breaks out there, companies need to be vigilant and NOT send their people there.
