There is a constitutional right to a free press.
Quoting: _2 swords_ Which means you are completely at liberty to buy a printing press, print your news letter, and distribute it door to door. The Constitution doesn't mention broadcasting though. Quoting: Halcyon Dayz, FCD Only because there was no broadcasting when the constitution was written. It was clear that the freedom of the press was protected whether in print or through the airwaves. Prohibiting the flow of information from other sources is unconstitutional.
