The true meaning of the word federal is Contract (or Agreement formed by Government.)
According to law (although arbitrary) the longest time that any contract can go for is 99 years.

Few people realize or can conceive that there was no federal income tax until 1913
In other words; we've only had it for 98 years.

The contract between the Federal Reserve and the Corporation called "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA"
expires on the 23rd December 2012

ALL DEBTS OWED MUST BE PAID BACK IN GOLD BY THIS DATE.

The Federal Reserve conspired to take 1% of the Nations gold as payment every year so nobody will notice. 1% is a small amount for a year, however that only lasts 100 years before it is all gone. Remember the Federal Reserve Act was passed on December 23, 1913. That means that at or around December 21, 2012, (the date the infamous Mayan calendar) the Nation will run out of gold to pay the Federal Reserve.
