Yeah I know.
The City of London Corporation owns London and they have the luxury of making their own laws because the Government doesn't have power there, the Royal Family does.

I have NEVER heard mention of The City of London Corporation mentioned anywhere apart from sites like glp.... very strange..... To be honest GLP does get a lot of Anti Vatican posts. In reality: City of London Corporation = The Vatican = District of Columbia (Washington DC) because they all work in conjunction together.
