Religion is also an organization of convenience. If you are born in the Americas (north or south), chances are you will be a christian. If you are born in the middle east, you will most likely be a muslim, India...a Hindu, etc... Basically what you are saying is that religion causes suffering. It is the catalyst for the majority of suffering that we can plainly see when investigating history. |
