A women fell with her car into the sea while taking the licensing test. She was driving alongside Antofagasta's (Chile) historic pier when she hit the accelarator instead of the brake. The inspector was by her side but got out and swam to the beach. The woman panicked and couldn't let loose of the safety belt. A salewoman , Barbara , jumped as soon as she noticed what was going on and rescued her before the car went under water. The women is in shock and has some bruising but with no major injuries. This is an amazing story of unlikely heroes and villians where everything that could go wrong went wrong but luckily nobody got hurt.
