Anonymous Coward User ID: 5117721 United States 11/22/2011 07:56 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I deep fried three turkies in the past 3 years and never had a problem. Rule 1 Make sure Turkey is 100% defrosted before you put it into deepfryer. (wrap turkey in a thick towel over night to absorb any water) Rule 2, only put in a little oil, you can always add more if needed. If you follow these two steps you should be fine, I never had any problems, we made it an afternoon around the Turkey fryer with friends and chairs and a couple of brewskies. No, don't get drunk, just relax and enjoy the AWESOME SMELL OF A DEEP FRY TURKEY. |
