Chemtrails Are For Our Own Good PEOPLE! Stop Freakin Out About Them. Be Glad We Have Them --- Here's Why

My uncle, REAL UNCLE (here come the uncle jokes), works for a major popular defense contractor. He showed me a public company newsletter that came out last week that talks about the chemtrail project1. My uncle said parts of the project where becoming unclassified so its ok to publically discuss it now but that it probably won't be advertised on the 6 oclock news anytime soon.
They just wrote about 3 paragraphs about it. Real mundane stuff really about the particular part of the project this company is involved in. They call it TEMPLE which is an acronym, but I can't remember exactly for what it stands for. I'm getting my uncle to scan it in and send it to me asap so I can post that segment of the newsletter. I already asked him if it was ok to do so and he said no problem go ahead.


Basically the jist of it seems they lays these chemtrails down to neutralize and attempted EMP attack.

My own speculation is that when they must think the chances are higher for an attack are days when the whole country is covered. I remember satellite pics from about 7 or 8 years ago when it seemed to occur much more frequently around my area. I haven't notice as many chemtrails the last few years.
