It's likely that this research, even if deemed effective, will never make it to market. Too much money still being made with chemotherapy, radiation and surgery.

I should know. I lost my beautiful wife to cancer last year. (She was only 47.) The treatments were at least as detrimental as the disease, in my humble opinion.
