He allowed this woman to give him the injection. He actively sought her out. He knew she was not licensed. Although death is a harsh punishment for utter stupidity, it is not really as if this lady intentionally set out to kill him. However, maybe it is natural selection, he is dead and she is in jail.

The only thing that mattered to this guy was the size of his cock? That is an extremely shallow thing to do but whats worse is he picked the lowest possible bidder (with deadly consequences) to do the job. I'm sorry but some things you can go cheap but other things (like having a stranger inject things into your penis) is pushing it a little bit.
