The majority of these comments are ridiculous and it's no wonder men get a bad reputation. It doesn't matter if the oldest can take care of herself or not, that is irrelevant. Love is not just a word or a feeling it's a meaning. He may say he loves them but when you love someone you treat them with respect and do everything possible to show it. What is the point of having children if you want nothing to do with them. I am a 28 year old man with a wife and child and I could never imagine treating my daughter that way. My father wasnt around my whole life and I think that is better than being treated like garbage. You remember things and when they get older they will wonder why he did'nt want to do anything with them other than play video games or why he did'nt provide food, or why he did nothing but be a dead beat. You're making this lady feel like she is doing something wrong when all she is doing is caring for her children. It sounds like he is an unfit father and should be supervised, who knows what else could be going on.
