Most people dont REJECT God as such..they just have a HARD TIME beleiving something so LOVING can at the same time TORTURE BILLIONS of people forever NON STOP simply because they had a hard time BELEVING in him.

WHO WOULD want to follow a God whos MAIN PURPOSE of creation (STATISTICALLY SPEAKING) was to burn MOST of his creatures ALIVE forewver.

If that was NOT HIS PLAN..then WHY does he DO IT?

Cant he find a way to NOT TORTURE PEOPLE??

Jude 1:7 puts an end to this thread, as the Bible itself gives an example of what punishment by eternal fire means.

And where are Sodom and Gomorrah? are they still burning? or did they cease to exist?

The city was wiped out. Ezekiel 16, though, does mention Sodom being restored. . .

Well i have ran into the type who are the know-it all hell damning personalities..I try not to argue for arguments sake. It is pointless and silly and makes everyone look completly dumbed down. Resurrection means that you will have a body, maybe not like the one you have now, but a body.

The believers will be given a glorious body like that of Jesus Christ, after He ascended and transformed into who He is now, the Son of God. We will have THAT body in likeness, for we will be like Jesus Christ, our Creator, for were we not made in His image?

The unbelievers will also have a body, but of what body I have no idea, the bible does not say. All it says is that you will be resurrected by Jesus Christ for the final judgement.

Also as for being "burned" while in the spirit, Isn't Fire itself spirit, or does it have a dual nature of being physical/spiritual?

Fire has no form but what we perceive to be concentrated heat or energy.

If this is the case, can not fire also affect the spirit?
For is it not written that the Lord is an ALL CONSUMING FIRE?

Also, remember that the Lord created the Eternal Lake of burning Fire for the fallen angels, not for mankind.

But mankind will share the fate of the fallen angels, for those who have rebelled against God by living with Sin and not be forgiven of it.

So what are angels?
Can they also not be both physical and in the spirit?
Does not the Bible show clear examples of this?

So the eternal lake of burning fire will effect BOTH the Spiritual and the Physical, for it is an ALL CONSUMING FIRE, a place of God's Wrath and Purification on all that is SIN.

Ok so some questions came into my mind while reading a thread about atheist are fools and etc. Now i'm not technically an atheist but the question is still lingering and in need of an answer!

And here was my question that i am digging for an answer for: "If Majority of us will be going to hell for all enternity and burned with fire, and burned with cigarettes, And ass raped by demons etc..etc.. I just can't make sense of this..If we die we leave behind our physical bodies therefore we are spiritual- correct? Then how would i be burned with fire in the spiritual world? Isn't a fire's "burning pain" a physical emotion? So how would i feel -physical- fire burning my spiritual body?" (quoting myself from the thread)
