NEW STAR WAR: Head of the Russian Space Agency has suggested that the spacecraft "Phobos-Grunt" the USA could hurt intentionally

Vladimir Popovkin, Head of Federal Space Agency of Russia, today suggested, that the spacecraft "Phobos-Grunt" could lose its efficiency due to the effects, which comes from the shadow part of the Earth for Russia, where, in particular, are located USA and Canada. This assumption was due to the fact, that the frequent failures of the Russian spacecrafts, were occurred at a time, when they were flying over Russia's shadow side of the Earth.
