all z i o garbage. iran sent the US a full offer of nuclear disarmament as far back as spring of 2003- complete with an offer to disarm hezbollah and stop funding Hamas. zio traitors scrapped it. read Trita Parsi- he has copy of the actual document offering this in his book. FT also wrote of it in 2004
