They are called to vote on a 700 page agreement that was drafted and given to them yesterday, thus having less than a day to read and decide today the fate of the Greeks for the decades to come.

Opposition parties have declared that this is a "Coup d'état" of the parliament procedures.
The current coalition govenment has no right or mandate to move on with such votes, as such it has to resign and declare immediate elections.

There were three parties in the current government coalition, one of the parties has moved out and removed the given support.

The remaining two parties are still heading on yet with MPs resigning even from them.

When's the vote begin

The remaining two parties still have the majority of MPs, resignations were immediately filled in with newly appointed and sworn-in MPs based on previous election vote counts.
So the vote is still on (up to now).

There is a notion regarding if it is in accordance to the constitution or not regarding the parliamentary procedure that is being held.

The two coalition parties have the majority so probably that will pass.

After that, somewhere in the night, the actual vote on the Troika agreement itself, the main vote will be held.

And the longer it takes, the harder the verdict of the People will be.
The unbearable agreements will only lead to a more powerful word spoken out from the next elections.

The MPs are debating heavily and the opposition is calling the government to stop the police forces that are outside the building.
Excessive use of teargas from the streets outside is already going inside the Parliament.
