It would give the video much more credibility if the voice was that of an African man or woman and not a robot.  Does the robot remind you too much of obama? I would make a large bet that if there was the voice of an African, you wouldn't suddenly find it credible. And why does it need the voice of an African reading from the actual Kenyan Parliament documents? What difference does it make? The truth is the truth. The person making the video obviously didn't want to be outed. We all know how friendly the obamabots are.
