In the second document, the Parliament is discussing that racism can't be prevalent in America, because if it was, how could a young man who was born in Kenyan, who is not a native of America, be elected President. The article is about obama's run for Senate and the fact that his opponent had to drop out due to a sex scandal (that no doubt obama dug up - but that's a different story.) They incidentally mention that obama is "Kenyan-born." "Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations."
