Wearing sunglasses all the time might actually weaken the eyes and makes it worse..the eyes get used to the sunglasses and when you forget to wear them your eyes can't naturally protect themselves as well as they should ..(I don't have proof and I'm not 100% sure, but my mom told me this..I would love to hear someones opinion about this!)
And if you wear ones without UV protection then the UV rays harm your eyes through the sunglasses(because your pupils are dilated but not protected against UV) the same is with drugs that dilate the pupils. That's how you can really fuck your eyes up.
I have really light eyes myself and the sensitivity is pissing me off..I read that fish oil(omega 3)helps and I've started to take it in capsules.
Also anyone with this problem should read about sungazing. It might actually help.
I think that eyes can be trained.
