Blue/Grey eyes and they're just as sensitive to the sunlight as any other colour eyes...
It's not the Iris part of the eye that takes in the full sunlight...it's the opening, pupil part of the eye... the Iris helps to control how much light goes in yes, but it's the pupil that is the sensitive part...

Perhaps blue eyed people might be more likely to have the condition that causes sensitivity to light I don't know but eye color alone has nothing to do with sensitivity to light.
