These quakes will continue to mount as they appear to be leading up to the "Great Earthquake" of the Sixth Seal, which will be the Rapture of those who have salvation through JEsus Christ and who are following God's commandments:
Matthew 22: 37-40 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
The lukewarm who profess Christ but are putting the things of this world above God, will be vomited into the horrors of the Tribulation which will commence after the Sixth Seal.

Did God take the children of Israel OUT of the world when the plagues fell on Egypt during the Exodus? NO... He PROTECTED THEM TRHROUGH IT!!
Did God take the 3 Hebrew children OUT of the fiery furnace when they refused to bow to Nebuchednezzars image? NO, God PROTECTED THEM THROUGH IT!!
Did God take Daniel out of the Lions den? NO, God PROTECTED HIM THROUGH IT!!
God does NOT take His people OUT of tribulation, He PROTECTS THEM THROUGH IT, or in His mercy allows them to die and rest until Jesus comes to take us all to heaven.
We all have time right now to get right with God. After the 7 last plagues start to fall, everyone will have made up their mind who they serve and their destinies are fixed. That's why the plagues only fall on those WHO HAVE the mark of the beast and NOT on God's people who have the seal of the living God.
