5th Grade Student Falsley Accused of Sexting Shown Innapropriate Picture By Principle During Investigation

A innocent 5th grade female student was falsely accused of sexting by her principle. In the course of the investigation, the student was shown a picture of a naked boy by the principle and asked if she sent the text. She replied that she didn't even have any phone numbers from anyone at the school.

Is there any reason why this principle should not be arrested for showing pornographic material to innocent underage children and also forced to register as a child sex offender? Seems fair to me.
