Put your awareness to work, not your mind. The mind is not the right instrument for this task. The timeless can be reached only by the timeless. Your body and your mind are born subject to time; only awareness is timeless, even in the now. |

A good pre workout boost drink for me is a fresh fruit smoothie. Use whatever fruit you like I do blueberrys and strawberrys then a cup of yougart I use greek ice cubes and a 1/4 cup of orange juice. Sometimes I add some dry rolled oats. It keeps me going and you can add whatever you want. I also drink mineral water all day with lime lemon. |

Quoting: Loadz Yeah I nearly died from using that shit. I used it on a monday, worked on tuesday, and for no real reason, stopped work, and had to sit in water for about 2 hours, and nearly had to go to the hospital. Try vitamin B pills (energy drinks are basically these plus a shitload of caffeine). Quoting: See1234 Maybe you are looking something more like lucozade sport, but considering you are from bahrain, water is more important. Yeah, be sure to wash out all the potassium and sodium from your body so your heart fails during your jog... I never forgive and I never forget I am a licensed firearm holder.
