This is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Being able to monitor the population and administer drugs using nanotechnology will be abused. This is part of the NWO agenda.

They can influence your emotions and thought with the
micro-chips.......so you are then not more yourself.
If they do that with soldiers then they can change
the soldiers emotions or thoughts and make them do
things that normally they wouldn't do...

That's my thought of micro-chips.

If they are contemplating administering drugs through these devices, then your hypothesis is completely feasible. Soldiers wouldn't normally fire on their own countrymen, unless...
